ESP specializes in commercial powder coating services. We offer immersion stripping, media blasting, and burn-off for paint removal.

We can pre-treat a wide variety of substrates utilizing our 5-stage iron phosphate system, multi-stage batch systems for both zinc phosphate on steel and chromate conversion coatings on aluminum, and passivation for stainless steel. 

We can accommodate small and large run orders and parts requiring technical masking. Our processing areas consist of an automated hang-on conveyor and chain-on-edge systems to manual coating booths and curing ovens.
